The Interloken Trail starts on Parmentier Road west of the settlement of Townsendville. To reach this point from the east take NY Route 96 north of the center of Trumansburg for 1.6 miles. Turn left onto County Road 143 and travel 5 miles to County Road 146. Turn right to Townsendville and then left on Parmentier Road. Travel 0.6 mile to the trailhead. To reach this point from the west use NU Route 414 and County Road 137 to Lodi Center. Turn east and travel 1.4 miles to the trailhead. The south end of the Trail is on Burnt Hill Road north of Bennettsburg. Access to this point is best from NY Route 79 between Bennettsburg and Burdett via Logan Road (County Road 4) and Wycoff Road.
